How do I apply for the Pro-Bono package?
+To apply for the Pro-Bono package, fill out our application form explaining your background in education and how this conclave would benefit your work. Selected applicants will be invited for a brief interview before final selection.
What should I bring to the conclave?
+Bring comfortable clothing for outdoor activities, a notebook for reflections, any specific materials mentioned in your registration confirmation, and an open mind ready for collaborative learning and networking.
Is accommodation provided?
+Accommodation arrangements can be made upon request. Please indicate your accommodation needs during registration, and we\\'ll provide you with recommended options and assistance with bookings.
Can I attend remotely?
+Yes! We offer a Remote Package for ₹1,150 that includes live streaming access to key sessions, digital materials, Q&A participation, and access to session recordings.
What is the refund policy?
+Refunds are available up to 30 days before the event with a 10% processing fee. Refunds within 30 days are subject to approval based on circumstances. No refunds are available 7 days before the event.
